Specifics of presenting occupation-relevant knowledge in the medical discourse

This paper deals with trends in cognitive-discourse paradigm in contemporary linguistics presenting ways of occupation-relevant knowledge transfer in health care context. Since health-related communication being considered as a process of knowledge transfer and acquisition between two participants, an expert (physician) and non-expert (patient), being bearers of the expert knowledge and common-sense awareness respectively.
