Features of preliminary verification and initiation of criminal cases on fraud committed using mobile communication means

Currently, a large number of fraudsters committed using mobile communications are taking place on the territory of the Russian Federation. Unaware of the deception, gullible citizens enter into a dialogue with scammers, losing large sums of money. In this connection, on the basis of scientific literature, materials of judicial and investigative practice and statistical data, the issue of the peculiarities of preliminary initiation and initiation of criminal cases of fraud committed using mobile communications was considered.
