Features of the application of Agile methodology in production processes

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of using Agile methods in production processes. In the context of economic transformation and the increasing problem of increasing competitiveness, flexible project management methods are becoming increasingly relevant. The author explores the basic principles of Agile, such as the iterative approach, collaboration and adaptability, and examines their advantages within the production sphere. Practical examples of the introduction of Agile into the activities of manufacturing companies are described, as well as the maindifficulties faced by organizations when switching to this methodology are analyzed. Recommendations are offered on the successful use of Agile in production processes to improve efficiency, quality and speed of response to changes in consumer demand.
