Features of return approach to the assessment of the agricultural land

The authors consider the theoretical and methodological basis for determining the market value of agricultural land. Particular attention is paid to influence the structure of crop rotation on the final index value of the land. The analysis of existing crop rotations in the Republic of Mari El, the average yield and profitability of major crops. This article defined the main trends of methods for assessing agricultural land.
