Peculiarities of the application of pretrial agreement on cooperation in the disclosure and investigation of crimes in the sphere of drug trafficking

On the basis of examples of the judicial and investigative practice the article considers some aspects of application and implementation of pretrial agreement on coop-eration in the investigation of criminal cases on crimes in the sphere of illegal turnover of narcotic drugs. The authors give practical recommendations on specifying the terms of the agreement on cooperation.
