Features of physical exersises usage in stress regulation

The article discusses the actual problem in the life of a modern person, namely, the constant stay in a stressful state, which can provoke mental illness. A high level of stress against a background of low physical activity leads to a general deterioration of mental health, well-being, and efficiency, which requires a search for means and methods for correcting these conditions. In this article we deemed appropriate to do the review of the literature, which substantiates the benefits of exercise for solving these problems.
