Features of application of criminal procedural compulsion in regard to women and investigative actions with their participation

The article deals with the issues of the rights and legitimate interests of women in case of their involvement in criminal proceedings as a suspect, accused, witness or victim, in the case of the use of individual measures of coercion and criminal procedure involving production of certain investigative actions.
