Features of the project-oriented management application in the social and cultural sphere

The article reveals the possibilities for adaptation of methodological approaches toproject management existing in various fields of activity for enterprises in the socialand cultural sphere. Their applications priority is analysed to preserve the resourcebase of projects. The key aspects of the project-oriented management, with the mostimportant principles, tools and methods combined, are identified. The conditionsfor the efficiency and effectiveness improving of the projects implementation in thesocio-cultural sphere are substantiated.
