The use of videorecording in proving criminal cases

The modern techniques of recording investigative actions cannot be used without taking into account strict procedural requirements. These procedural requirements are not always consistent with the methodological side of the use of modern technical means. The article reveals the issues of the specifics of the use of video recording during investigative actions. The problems that arise in this case are illustrated by the tactics of interrogation of minors (juveniles). Their analysis stipulated the constructive suggestions for a way out of the current situation.
