Peculiarities of the application of an abuse of rights in individual types of civil relations

Abuse of law - interdisciplinary institution, which includes the rules of various branches of law. In each branch, certain characteristics are assigned to abuse the right. Since the object of this study is public relations regarding the use of the institution of abuse of subjective civil law, this study would be incomplete if we ignore the relationship and regulation of abuse of law in related branches of law. A comparative legal analysis will allow focusing on the distinctive features of the content of the abuse of subjective civil law with its closest civil law institutions.
