Features of privatization of service housing

Purpose: This study aims to analyze a possibility of realization of the right for one-time free privatization by the citizens living in premises of specialized housing stock (service housing). Methodology: The methods of analysis, synthesis and scientific abstraction were used in this study. Results: General conditions, opportunities and restrictions in realization of the right of privatization by citizens living in premises of specialized housing stock are considered. Novelty/originality/value: The rights and obligations of the parties of civil legal relationships in the sphere of privatization of premises of specialized housing stock are analysed, as well as the mechanisms of realization of the right for one-time free privatization of premises of such housing stock.
