Features of bringing legal entities to administrative responsibility

This article discusses the problem associated with the violation of the current legislation of the Russian Federation by legal entities. This problem is relevant because currently a legal entity bears a high level of legal responsibility and sanctions for violations of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and is much higher than the sanctions provided for offenses committed by individuals or officials. However, currently there are disputes about in which cases it is necessary to involve a legal entity and how to prove its guilt, there is also a need to differentiate the level of responsibility of officials and a legal entity.
