Peculiarities of the procedure of bankruptcy of individuals in Russia

The article is devoted to amendments to the Federal law "On insolvency (bankruptcy)", which were adopted in 2015. The article examines the main provisions of the law. The article considers the main procedures associated with the changes. Examples were given of judicial practice, the analysis and conclusions.
