Features of the procedure for conducting the cadastre valuation of land plots

The article discusses the issue of the procedure for cadastral valuation of land plots. The article indicates the factors that affect the calculation of indicators of the cadastral value of land for residential and public-business zones, as well as for the industrial zone and the zone of engineering and transport infrastructures. The authors pay attention to the situation when there is a discrepancy between cadastral and market prices.
