Features of the process of identifying and development of giftedness in scientific and creative association of professional lyceum trainees

The experience of the organization of scientific-creative association of learners at vocational school “Vocational School number 10” is described. The author suggests approaches to the identification of development and intellectual and creative talent to build a substantial component of the educational activity. The article can be useful to managers of courses, sections of the scientific society of students of natural science and the scientific and technological orientation.
