Peculiarities of the procedural status of the prosecutor in administrative cases challenging normative legal acts

Introduction: This article analyses the procedural status of a prosecutor who has applied to the court with an Administrative Lawsuit to challenge a normative legal act. The conducted research has shown that the legislation on administrative proceedings has limited the possibility of challenging normative legal acts by a prosecutor in court compared to the previously existing procedural order, which significantly reduced the effectiveness of prosecutors' activity in the considered direction.
