Sociological aspect in investigation of dispositions

The article examines modern approaches to the implementation of state policy in the field of informatization of the provision of public services to the public. The peculiarities of the application of the project approach in the implementation of the relevant state policy are assessed. The strengths and weaknesses of the stages of the life cycle of the project were analyzed and a conclusion was made about the applicability of the project approach to public administration.
