Features of professional socialization at the home land of foreign graduates of Russian universities (by the example of specialists from Mali)

The paper defines the concept of professional socialization as well as presents the major factors that facilitate or impede its normal development of the graduates from Africa, Mali in particular, studying at higher education institutions of the Soviet Union or Russia. It also identifies the main indicators of professional socialization of the given graduates.
