The report discusses the concept of emotional burnout syndrome, the relevance of research in this direction, the goals of preventing burnout syndrome for teachers of preschool educational institutions, as well as factors that increase the risk of burnout of teachers. The factors that increase the importance of pedagogical work and prevent emotional burnout, on the basis of which the main directions of prevention of emotional burnout of teachers of preschool educational institutions have been developed.
