Skillful professional workers unemployment level forecasting features

Research relevance: today, unemployment has a greater negative impact on socio-economic situation in our country, as it leads to underutilization of human capital, which leads to social differentiation, a significant decrease in the social position of the country. Despite the fact that rural poverty in Kyrgyzstan is recognized by society as a critical point of national development, the generally recognized strategy is still not fully developed. Research objectives: the need to predict the level of unemployment in our conditions and the adoption of appropriate measures by the government of the country and regional authorities to combat unemployment. Research materials and methods: results in forecasting unemployment rate in Kyrgyzstan by methods of slidings average, exponential smoothing and least squares were considered in this work. Research results: in our opinion, for regulating this situation, it is necessary to predict level of unemployment. Conclusions: the analysis showed that in order to eliminate the qualitative imbalance between the demand and supply of labor, it became necessary to take certain measures.
