Peculiarities of progressing of metabolic disturbances in the interrelationship with the disbalance of adipocytokins in patients with combined without non-alcoholic fat liver of liver disease and sugar diabetes of 2 type

The aim of the study was to study the peculiarities of metabolic disturbances in intercourse with the imbalance of adipocytokines in patients with comorbid flow of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). In the study, 87 patients with NAFLD and type 2 diabetes (subcomputed) participated: the first group consisted of 45 patients with combined course of NAFLD and type 2 diabetes, and the second group consisted of 42 patients with NAFLD. The control group (n = 20) was maximally comparable in age and sex to the patients being examined. The average age of the patients was 49.4 ± 5.6 years. The body mass index in patients with combined course of NAFLD and type 2 diabetes was 1.3 times higher than that of patients with NAFLD (p
