Peculiarities of bankruptcy proceedings against a credit organization and the legal position of a bankruptcy trustee

This article considers the peculiarities of the bankruptcy procedure of a credit organization, and also the key participants of this process and the role of the bankruptcy trustee. The author pays special attention to the role of the bankruptcy manager’s duties and powers, his responsibility of the debtor’s assets. This research considered the peculiarities of initiation of bankruptcy proceedings, including the possibility of filing an application by the Bank of Russia after the withdrawal of a license from a credit institution, and the grounds for refusal to accept the application by arbitration court.
