Voluntary movement disorders in childhood can influence formation of a number of mental functions that subsequently affects the success of schooling. Examination of motor activity of underachieving younger schoolchildren reveals a number of disorders characterized by not only difficulties in implementation of locomotive tests, but also the specific nature of moving. Knowledge of these features can be used in rapid diagnosis of existing educational problems and drawing up a provisional program of corrective support of the child in the conditions of mass education.
