Features of manifestation of depression in representatives of ethnic groups of Siberia

In the article the issue of cultural validation of symptoms of depression is raised. New methodic possibilities of interdisciplinary study of the issue of depression in cross-cultural research perspective are presented. General trends and differences in early symptoms of depressive states, co-occurring manifestations of state of health at physical, psychological and existential levels of human organization in ethnic groups of peoples of Siberia are shown. Latent mental and physical indices have been revealed that could be considered as a recourse potential in prevention and therapy of depressions in ethnic groups.
