The article presents an analysis of significant professional and personal competencies in the structure of professionalism of a modern teacher. These competence characteristics are also considered in the aspect of the implementation of professional tasks of a teacher working in an inclusive education. The authors of the article point out the importance of the formation of these competencies in teachers at the stage of their professional education, which is inextricably linked with the increase in the level of their professional development.
