This article is devoted to the problems of interrogation of persons with disabilities. The analysis of the most characteristic features of the interrogation of persons with certain body peculiarities was carried out. Such features include such persons as deaf, mute, deaf-blind, blind and other persons who have physical disabilities, as well as the peculiarities of perception of the event that happened to them by this category of persons.
