Purpose: Consideration of features of carrying out and registration of checking purchase of drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogs. Methodology: The legallistic method was used. Results: In article the conditions promoting the correct registration of checking purchase that is a necessary condition for recognition of its results as admissible proofs are formulated.
