Peculiarities of conducting external searches by employees of internal affairs bodies under threat of firearms in special conditions of service

This article examines current issues related to the specifics of conducting external searches by employees of internal affairs agencies under the threat of firearms in situations where they perform their official duties, in a tense operational environment and in special conditions of service. An algorithm for conducting external searches under the threat of firearms is proposed, which will allow for the effective and safe performance of official tasks when detaining or delivering offenders to the police department, and will also increase personal safety during inspection activities by employees of internal affairs agencies.
