The researcher explains the necessity of using tactic methods in investigative actions concerning foreigners as it’s obligatory to take into account language barrier, (ethnic, national, social and psychological) personal features in interrelation. The article focuses on the significance of preparatory and planning stages in investigative process when foreigners are concerned.
