The article considers the significant methods used in the psychology of law making. The author provides a review of the principal researches conducted by legal scholars and psychologists, and justifies the use of psychological and law-making modeling methods, interviewing, experiment, observation, etc. The article reveals the necessity of expert evaluations that would help estimate the personal characteristics of a deputy and prognosticate his or her behavior
