Special features of work with difficult words at the Azerbaijani language lesson in the primary school

The article deals with the teaching difficult words of the Azerbaijani language to elementary schoolchildren, in particular, specific features and strategies of the process. The author considers the basic areas of teachers' work with the vocabulary of students, and makes a classification of difficult words. The necessity of a comprehensive (linguistic, didactic, psychological) impact on students in the process of difficult words teaching is discussed. Particular attention is paid to the inadmissibility of overloading students with unknown words.
