Specifics of work with gifted children in an innovation education establishment

The article considers the place of higher level education institutions in the system of general education in the Russian Federation. It describes the specifics of education process in one of the leading education establishments of the Vologda Oblast specializing in the work with gifted children – Vologda Multi-Discipline Lyceum. The article describes pedagogical technologies that promote the maximum realization of schoolchildren’s potential, provide the high quality and accessibility of education.
