Features of calculating the cost of replacement of main profile oil plant

The article examines a method of calculating the cost of replacing core assets refinery. The substantiation of the choice of method for calculating the elements of the functional and technological scheme of the plant as the most appropriate in terms of ease of use and accuracy of the results. On the example of one of the refinery proved the accuracy and adequacy of the calculation of the cost of replacing core assets using the proposed method. It is concluded that the cost approach to the assessment of core assets refinery provides the most reliable result.
