Features of budget resources for social policy in north regions of Russia

The main directions of the budget expenditures for social policy are considered in the article. A comparative analysis of the funds provided for the implementation of social policy in the Komi Republic, in the Republic of Karelia, in the Murmansk and Arkhangelsk regions is carried out. The features of spending budget funds on social policy in the northern regions are outlined.
