Actual problems of legal regulation of the rental agreement

This article examines the current problems of legal regulation in the field of rental housing. An analysis of the current legislation is carried out - the main problems and contradictions that negatively affect both landlords and tenants are highlighted. In addition, theoretical solutions to the identified problems are proposed, which can increase legal certainty and protect the interests of the parties in the lease relationship.
