Peculiarities of the investigation of forced sexual actions against persons under the age of fourteen

The article discusses the features of the investigation of violent acts of a sexual nature against persons under the age of fourteen. Crimes of this nature are classified under sub. b. Part 4. Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. As the relevance of the topic under consideration, statistics are given on the commission of crimes in the form of violent acts of a sexual nature against persons under the age of fourteen in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as the confirmation by the state in the National Security Strategy of the principle of protecting the identity of citizens. The definition of a forensic characteristic is given, as well as the features of the investigation of violent acts of a sexual nature against persons under the age of fourteen, based on the elements of a forensic characteristic.
