Features of the consideration of cases with the application of land legislation

In the article, the author examined the procedural order of consideration of land disputes, and also conducted an analysis of modern procedural legislation regarding the considered topic of the scientific article. It was revealed that claims for land disputes have their own specific features, and the procedural order of consideration of such disputes has its own features. The article also pays attention to the comparative legal analysis of foreign experience regarding the procedure for consideration of land disputes. The author identifies a number of problems and proposes to vest land supervision and control bodies with specific functions related to the prompt resolution of land disputes.
