Features of national innovation systems various models

The paper studies the features of various models of the national innovation system (Euro-Atlantic, East Asian, alternative models, "triple helix", and mixed models). A description of the goals and objectives, based on the differences of the basic model, highlights the core of the NIS, the role of the state, and the financing structure. An assessment of the model of the emerging NIS of the Russian Federation is made on the basis of a comparison of the studied parameters with similar indicators of the NIS of countries with different basic models.
