Features of development of home state and law in the period of the new economic policy

The article is analyzed the legal nature of the New Economic Policy and normative-legal frameworks of realization of its principles. The author is addressed the main attention to normative-legal acts, dedicated to the development of the economy in the period of the New Economic Policy. The article shows the strong interrelation of Law with Economics. The conclusion is drawn that the New Economic Policy was presented a forcedly pursue course.
