Features of the development of Russian industrial single-industry towns

The article presents a study to identify the features of the functioning, transformation and development of Russian industrial single-industry towns. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to increase their stability and security. The research was conducted using the author's methodology for studying the historical development and availability of resources of industrial single-industry towns, their dependence on the external environment, territorial division of labor and the presence of an administrative component.
