Features of development of the Russian labor market in modern conditions

The article analyzes the main indicators characterizing the labor market, both in the country as a whole and in the context of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The features and problems of the development of the labor market in the Russian Federation are revealed. Measures are proposed to eliminate the considered problems in the conditions of the crisis state of the national economy. The authors concluded that for the effective functioning of the labor market, it is necessary to carry out a set of measures at the state level aimed at developing the industrial sector of the economy and providing professional retraining of the unemployed for in-demand professions.
