Peculiarities of Russian Civilization Development: Historical and Anthropological Aspects

The article considers the system of values of the Russian society, formed by centuries. It is shown that in recent decades Russia has faced the challenges of transition to a market economy, which has become an obstacle to civilization processes. In this situation, the importance of the processes of self-identity of society, recognition of its uniqueness and role in the modern world has increased. In search of new ways of growth and development against the background of socio-cultural upsurge of the beginning of the new century in Russia there was a weakening of scientific and personnel potential of the Russian civilization.
