Features of the development of family law in the period of ancient history of Russia

In this work the author is considering the documents which based on they became and developed as personal relationships in the family, so is the institution of family and marriage in general. During the exploration the author revealed the features of the formation of family law in the initial stages of the formation of the Old Russian state.
