In this article features of development of perception of the form of objects and its transfer in drawings of pupils with ZPR at lessons of the fine arts are considered. Describes the definition of the concept of "perception" and the properties of the image, which are formed in the process and as a result of perception. Certain violations in the perception of the properties of the subject in students with ZPP are identified. The methods that activate the cognitive activity of children with a delay in mental development, developing the formation of images of objects, are characterized.
