Features of development of the housing and communal complex in the northern regions of Russia

A scientific article is devoted to identifying the main trends and problems of the current stage of development of the housing and communal complex in the northern regions of Russia. The relevance of the study lies in the increased degree of public attention to emerging problems that characterize the low level of quality of housing and communal services provided by the state. The article highlights the main trends in the development of the housing and communal complex in the northern regions of Russia, including in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, including the high cost of services, the resumption of government budget expenditures on financing the industry after a record decline in 2017 and the presence of urgent problems that impede further development of the housing and communal services industry.
