Features of the implementation of the investment policy of the enterprise on the example of SE "Kalugaoblvdokanal"

Тhe article is devoted to the features of the implementation of the investment policy on the example of the State Enterprise "Kalugaoblvodokanal". The stages of the life cycle of an enterprise and their differences are considered in the context of the specified enterprise. The characteristic of SE "Kalugaoblvodokanal" is given, namely its natural monopoly in the areas of water supply and sewerage. The paper considers the concepts of continuous and stepwise changes, gives recommendations on the initial phases of the investment policy implementation, shows the differences between stepwise changes and continuous ones, taking into account the volume of investment. The article proposes to carry out personnel optimization at the initial stage of work, which is the first stage in the implementation of investment policy.
