Features of the implementation of the SME test as part of regulatory impact assessment in Russia

The article describes the features of the content and implementation of such element of regulatory impact assessment as SME-test. That is, the impact of rule-making on the development of small and medium-sized businesses. During the writing of the article, the foreign experience of the SME-test implementation was analyzed and the normative legal acts fixing the RIA procedure were considered. In conclusion, the conclusions about the need to improve the evaluation procedure in the Russian Federation and on their basis are recommendations.
