Features of realization of the principle of unity of the fate of land plots, limiting the turnover, and objects firmly connected with them

The article discusses the specifics of the implementation of the principle of the unity of the fate of land plots and objects that are firmly associated with them while limiting the turnover of land. The necessity of revising the approaches to the establishment of restrictions on the turnover of land located under buildings and structures is justified. The author proposes to provide in certain cases exemptions from the prohibition of granting to private ownership of such land.
