Implementation of public-private partnership projects with foreign participation

In article the Russian and foreign experience ofprojects implementation ofpublic-private partnership with foreign participation is considered. The conclusion is drawn that at project implementation of PPP with participation of foreign investors there is a number of contradictions on which overcoming efficiency of project implementation depends. Systematization of positive and negative impacts which arise in the project progress of public-private partnership with foreign investors is made. Important function of the PPP projects with foreign participation - attraction of long-term investments which cannot be quickly withdrawn from the project is revealed.
