Specific features of UN reform in the XXI century (on the example of the UN Security Council)

In the article the author examines modern problems of the United Nations, as well as the question of the United Nations’ reform necessity on the example of the Security Council. This paper highlights the key interests of the United States, Russia and the European Union on the issue of UN reform.
